How We Raise Our Puppies

Good breeding is only the beginning. What happens during those first weeks matters too.

What matters to us

Health

Health history and testing matter when we make breeding decisions and plan for the future of our puppies.

Temperament

We value loyal, intelligent German Shepherds with confidence and a strong connection to their families.

Trainability

We love how quickly this breed learns and how naturally they engage with their people.

Socialization

Our puppies experience household sounds, handling, outdoor time, different surfaces, new surroundings and family interaction.

Early Learning

We begin name recognition, potty-training foundations, appropriate puppy play, boundaries and short individual sessions.

Family Life

Jim and our girls are involved too. The puppies are raised around real family life, not simply cared for by one person.

Our Philosophy

We’d rather raise a litter well.

We aren’t interested in producing litter after litter simply because there is demand. Our focus is on the puppies in front of us—their care, their development and the homes they’ll eventually join.
